1. Usage License

InvoiceAI.in grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our AI extraction services based on the credits purchased.

2. Credit System

All services are pre-paid via a credit system. 1 Credit equals 1 Invoice processed. Credits are non-transferable and may have an expiration date as per the plan selected.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

While our AI maintains 99.9% accuracy, users are advised to review the extracted data before final Tally import. InvoiceAI.in is not liable for accounting errors resulting from incorrect data extraction.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or Payu. Refunds are only initiated if a technical failure prevents the processing of invoices, subject to a review by our support team.

5. Limitation of Liability

InvoiceAI.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service or inability to access the platform.
